第一次执导的彼得。比雷斯灵把他的处女作弄得像东北的大锅乱炖：什么都往里放，最后热热乎乎的端上一锅，这样的饭也不会难吃到哪里去，但也永远成不了经典。主角是四对夫妇，还要设计一个大家都好了的和谐结局，使得剧情显得生硬而经不起推敲，人物形象更是被压缩的像一张纸一样薄，没有灵魂，只剩一张明星脸了。这样糊弄观众，编剧乔恩。费儒恐怕难辞其咎。
